He holds advanced degrees in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Bing Liang is the founder and president of U.S. University Pathways, an educational consulting company creating pathways to foster the international exchange of education in the state of Wisconsin. Bing is also the co-founder of the Midwest Global Youth Academy, which fosters meaningful connections between Wisconsin and global youth through the exchange of language and culture.

Ataur Ayman is an international education leader with extensive experience in global academic partnerships, student mobility, and transnational education models. As the founder of International Education Group, an AIRC-certified agency, Ataur has expertise in developing study centers, satellite campuses, dual-degree pathways, and international school partnerships.
